New pattern arrivals from Tot Toppers and Knitbot!

It’s been a while since we’ve gotten any new baby/kid’s patterns in, but the wait is over! The new Tot Toppers Baby Tee - Pattern download and Tot Toppers Little Sister - Pattern download by Kate Oates are ADORABLE and they both come in a wide range of sizes. The Tot Toppers Baby Tee - Pattern download uses fingering weight yarn for a lightweight, multi seasonal baby sweater. Knit seamlessly with either short or long sleeves, it also features an overlapping onesie style neckline which allows plenty of room to go over baby’s head. There’s also an online photo tutorial available for help with this neckline technique.

Yarn: Long sleeved version requires 65 (85, 100, 125)[150, 175] yards fingering weight yarn in Color A; 100 (150, 175, 225)[300, 350] yards fingering weight yarn in Color B. I think this would be adorable in two colors of Baby Blatt by Anny Blatt Yarn, or pair the Baby Blatt with a variegated sock yarn such as Malabrigo Sock Yarn for super cool stripes.

The Tot Toppers Little Sister - Pattern download is another lovely little seamless project, knit from the top down with no finishing required. This construction also makes it easy to tweak the body and sleeve lengths for kids of all different shapes and sizes! This sweater uses DK to light worsted weight yarn, which means you’ve got a lot of yarns to choose from.

The Knitbot Harborside Cardigan - Pattern download from popular designer Hannah Fettig would be a great addition to any wardrobe. This worsted weight sweater is knit in pieces with set in sleeves and an open waterfall front. This project looks so comfortable and versatile, I’m actually considering frogging a current work in progress so I can use the yarn to make this sweater for myself.
