This is the second eBook in our new Yarn Series (the first is Top Projects in 10/2 Cotton). It was a no-brainer to choose 8/2 unmercerized cotton for the second collection of projects that all use the same yarn. It’s the unmercerized feature of this yarn that makes it so special. Unmercerized means absorbent, absorbent means towels, and towels are a weaver’s favorite project. You might wonder why weavers love to weave towels when we can buy them for less than we might pay for the yarn they’re made of, but once you’ve had the pleasure of using a towel you’ve woven, you are hooked.

This cotton is also durable and extremely washable, making it the perfect choice for not only towels, but other linens that get used often. And this eBook explores all the possibilities that this yarn offers.
