Desert Squares Block Weave Rug, download

A thick and sturdy "summer & winter" block weave in Classic Rug Wool on a Linen warp. Choose one main color and then weave a beautiful gradient in either four or eight color blocks.

Woven on a four-shaft loom with a weaving width of at least 39.5" and a reed capable of 5 epi. (5 dent or 10-dent sleyed every other dent.) We recommend using Ski Shuttles for the Rug Wool weft.

Requires 20 skeins (65 yd each) of main color and either 4 skeins each of four colors or 2 skeins each of 8 colors of Classic Rug Wool weft, and approximately 1,300 yards of 8/4 Linen Warp.

Finished measurements are approximately 38.5" wide by 66.5" long.
