Leclerc Tension Box

The magic of sectional warping is all in the box, the tension box that is. Thread each end over and under the hardwood posts (use up to 4 pegs) and through the combs for an even warp. The moveable tension pegs on the newer version provide better control should you prefer to create a cross. Leclerc’s tension box fits onto the back beam of almost any loom and comes with a pair of 12 dent combs.

Combs are approximately 2.75" wide. Additional combs are available (4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, and 20 dents). English or metric yardage counter attaches to left front (sold separately). The optional extension helps to guide the threads right down to the section for perfect winding every time. Fits Breast Beam 1½ to 3¼ inches. 

The tension box can also be used with an optional counter when filling bobbins to give the number of yards on bobbins and spools.
