Neckdown Pullover for Men #991

A basic pullover sweater for men, knit from the neck down.  A great basic that is easy to knit! Directions are given for a crew neck or a roll collar. Designed with a roomy fit, he will love it like his favorite sweatshirt.

Sizes: small, medium, large, x-large, xx-large. Finished measurements:
Chest- 42, 46, 50, 54, 58 ins.
Length- 27 ins. (easy to modify and make shorter or longer since it is top-down)

Materials, medium to heavy worsted weight yarn:
1,090; 1,175; 1,260; 1,335; 1,400 yds.
24 inch circular needles sizes 9 and 6; 16 inch circular needles sizes 9 and 6; double point needles sizes 9 and 6 or sizes required to get the gauge.
Scrap yarn, stitch markers.

Gauge- using the larger needles in circular stockinette st, 16 sts equal 4 inches.
