Description

Everything you need to convert or tie up your loom using the Texsolv system. Tie-up kits are available for a variety of looms, or in a Universal version.

The Texsolv system of shaft and treadle tie-up is so versatile it has the answer for any tie-up problem. The polyester loop cord is a continuous string of 'button holes' which can be threaded in and around various loom pieces and secured with either of the two styles of pegs: arrow or anchor. Most tie-ups require only the light loop cord as it has a breaking strength of 180 pounds! Only if you're working with a large rug loom is the heavy loop cord necessary.

Kits include the pre-measured cords and anchor pegs needed to tie up the shafts and treadles on the specific Glimakra model. The cords have color coded ties, and instructions are included so you can easily identify the location for each length of cord. The cords include enough additional length to allow some room for adjustment. Beam cord is not included.
