Needle Felting Class: Seahorse with Michelle Provençal (June 13th)

Needle Felt a Seahorse!

In this class, we will be felting flirty little seahorse ornaments using basic needle felting techniques on a wire armature. Choose your own colors and embellishments. You'll leave class with a completed seahorse ornament and the skills to make more!

In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn the basics of creating a small three-dimensional needle-felted sculpture. This class is appropriate for complete beginners as well as those with some experience. All materials are included with registration.

This is a single-day workshop, Saturday, June 13th, from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. No prior experience necessary. Class size is limited; please sign up early to reserve your spot. Ages 14+ welcome!

About the Artist: Michelle Provençal
Michelle is a graduate of Pratt Institute with a degree in Industrial Design. For over 20 years, she has worked as a product designer, developing tabletop and decorative accessories for well-known home brands.
In 2017, she launched Thirdlee & Co. as a home for her self-made needle-felted designs. Drawing inspiration from her deep connection to the Maine coast, her Thirdlee felted ornaments are recognized for their sophisticated treatment of sea-side themes and attention to detail.
Michelle has been offering felting workshops since 2019 throughout New England. Her ornaments are sold directly online and at select craft shows.

All classes are taught in-person at Halcyon Yarn, 12 School St., Bath, Maine, unless otherwise noted.
