The new Duet beater comes with interchangeable metal combs, set at 8 ends per inch and 12 ends per inch. To change combs, just loosen the screw in the handle, swap out the comb, and then retighten the screw. The Single-ended beater has been discontinued as of July 2025. The Double-ended beater has been discontinued as of January 2025. We recommend the Duet beater as a substitute.
